Battle in the Saddle Raises $9,700 For Pediatric Cancer Research
The Pedal For Hope Team is happy to announce that the 3rd annual Battle in the Saddle and 1st annual Pedal For Hope silent auction held this weekend at Lansdowne Place raised $9,700.
We would like to congratulate the Peterborough Fire Department on becoming the 2008 Battle in the Saddle Champions. Their team led the way in kilometers with over 1200km's covered on stationary bikes and also raised the most fundraising with $3,800
All the other teams which included NuBodies Fitness, Goodlife Fitness, Runners Life, Peterborough E.M.S & our very own Pedal For Hope Team did and excellent job on the bikes and in the fundraising efforts and we congratulate them for enduring the 24hrs of riding.
